The curriculum includes key modules such as Security Guard Qualifications, Restraint and Handcuffing Techniques, Handling Difficult Individuals, Conflict De-escalation, and Surveillance System Operations. Trainees also receive in-depth instruction on Fire Watch Duties, Post Orders and Patrol Procedures, Emergency Response Protocols, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Client Confidentiality and Data Protection. Additional focus is placed on the use of GPS and Patrol Tracking Software, Incident Command System Awareness, Legal and Liability Considerations, Evacuation Procedures, and Sexual Harassment Prevention.
