Our comprehensive Security Guard Training Program is designed to equip personnel with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to perform their duties with professionalism and confidence. The curriculum includes key modules such as Security Guard Qualifications, Restraint and Handcuffing Techniques, Handling Difficult Individuals, Conflict De-escalation, and Surveillance System Operations. Trainees also receive in-depth instruction on Fire Watch Duties, Post Orders and Patrol Procedures, Emergency Response Protocols, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Client Confidentiality and Data Protection. Additional focus is placed on the use of GPS and Patrol Tracking Software, Incident Command System Awareness, Legal and Liability Considerations, Evacuation Procedures, and Sexual Harassment Prevention.
The program further emphasizes professional conduct through training in Public Relations, Internet and Computer Usage Policies, and Ethical Decision-Making in Security Operations. It covers critical safety and operational topics such as the Power to Arrest, Response to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs), Officer and Workplace Safety, and Report Writing. Modules on Access Control System Operations, Customer Service, Use of Force Continuum, and Crowd Management are also included. To round out the training, participants develop Effective Communication Skills and gain awareness in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Alarm Response Procedures, and proper Radio Communication and Call Sign Protocols—ensuring well-rounded preparedness for real-world scenarios.
