I hereby certify that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of facts may constitute sufficient grounds for the denial of employment or, if employed, for immediate termination.
I acknowledge that the submission and acceptance of this application do not constitute an offer or guarantee of employment, nor does it create an express or implied contract of any kind. I further understand that any employment relationship established with GuardMax Security Services, Inc. shall be strictly at-will. As such, either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
I consent to undergo drug and alcohol screening upon request and hereby release GuardMax Security Services, Inc., its employees, and affiliated agents from any and all liability arising from such testing, including the collection, analysis, or disclosure of test results.
I authorize GuardMax Security Services, Inc. to conduct a thorough background investigation, including but not limited to verification of education, employment history, credit information, and other relevant aspects of my personal and professional background. I release the company, its representatives, and any third parties contacted during this process from any liability resulting from the collection or use of such information.
I agree that any disputes arising out of this application or any subsequent employment shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Uniform Rules for Better Business Bureau Arbitration, and judgment rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
I understand and agree that any proprietary, client, or employee information obtained through my employment with GuardMax Security Services, Inc. must be treated with the highest degree of confidentiality. I shall not disclose, share, or otherwise distribute any such confidential information—including but not limited to client lists, employee records, proprietary forms, rate sheets, contracts, reports, and internal data—without prior written authorization. This obligation extends beyond the period of my employment and applies particularly to disclosures made to any third party or competitor of GuardMax Security Services, Inc.
